TL;DR

Account Executive (AI): Driving the adoption of safe, frontier AI systems by securing strategic partnerships with nonprofit organizations across EMEA with an accent on Francophone markets. Focus on navigating complex procurement cycles, managing multi-country stakeholder ecosystems, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from London, UK or Dublin, IE. Hybrid policy requires at least 25% time in office.

Salary: €155,000–€205,000 EUR (OTE)

What you will do

  • Win new business and drive revenue within EMEA nonprofit organizations, including INGOs and foundations.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to launch, managing complex procurement across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to EMEA market dynamics and cultural contexts.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems, including executive directors and procurement committees.
  • Serve as the regional expert on EMEA nonprofit market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with SF-based teams to adapt global sales playbooks for the EMEA market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience prospecting and closing leads in EMEA markets.
  • Native or professional fluency in French and fluency in English.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-country enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements.
  • Ability to operate autonomously across time zones.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to London or Dublin.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to or working with EMEA nonprofit organizations or INGOs.
  • Understanding of international development funding mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit technology ecosystems like Salesforce NPSP or Blackbaud.
  • Existing network within Francophone nonprofit or social sector communities.
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish or Arabic.
