Salary: $215,000 - $255,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and evolve the roadmap for core mobile AI surfaces including chat, capture, and agent workflows.
• Guide the team from exploration to production, using data and user feedback to iterate on product features.
• Improve production quality by addressing instrumentation gaps, performance bottlenecks, and reliability risks.
• Build robust technical foundations that support fast iteration across mobile, web, and server environments.
• Recruit, coach, and grow engineers while fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams with a track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
• Hands-on technical leadership skills to guide architecture, performance, and reliability decisions.
• Experience turning open-ended product bets into clear strategy, sequencing, and delivery.
• Strong cross-functional leadership abilities to define problems and ship polished outcomes.
• Curiosity about AI tools and how they impact product development and user expectations.

Nice to have

• Experience leading teams building AI product experiences involving streaming UX, tool use, or multimodal input.
• Background in 0→1 product development or fast iteration on new surfaces.
• Knowledge of mobile platform concerns like offline resilience, real-time collaboration, or rich-text editing.
