Business Development Analyst (Coffee)

Salary: EUR 500 / month

Specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution startup headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

What you will do

• Communicate with coffee providers to gather pricing, farm details, and product information.
• Conduct market research on specialty coffee producers and industry events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with green coffee providers in South and Central America.
• Prepare offer lists and other commercial documents for the sourcing process.
• Create and translate marketing materials for external partner communications.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipment of freight.

Requirements

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel to coffee origins and farms in South and Central America.
• Work hours: 7 am - 3:30 pm Colombia time (preferable).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or similar.
• Prior experience or knowledge in the specialty coffee industry.
