What you will do

  • Lead and develop regional Talent Acquisition teams across Europe, ensuring alignment with global workforce goals.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, advising on hiring strategies and influencing workforce planning.
  • Translate global TA strategy into actionable regional plans to deliver high-impact hiring outcomes.
  • Optimize sourcing and candidate engagement using AI-driven solutions and SuccessFactors.
  • Manage external recruitment partners, TA budgets, and resource planning.
  • Drive employer branding, internal mobility, and the development of early careers programs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in complex structured organizations.
  • Proven track record as a strategic partner to senior leaders in global or regional roles.
  • Proficiency with SuccessFactors and familiarity with AI recruitment tools.
  • Experience in budget management and external vendor oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of global employment laws, diversity, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures.
