TL;DR

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM): Own and execute Noma’s US talent acquisition strategy, building pipelines for Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success with an accent on full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing of passive candidates, and pipeline performance metrics. Focus on partnering with hiring managers across the US and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience while collaborating with a People team working across time zones.

What you will do

  • Plan and execute Noma’s US recruiting programs aligned with GTM hiring goals and global headcount targets
  • Run full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success) from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Build a proactive sourcing engine to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates in competitive US markets
  • Own pipeline performance, including coverage, candidate quality, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance metrics
  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to sharpen candidate profiles and shape search strategy
  • Deliver a fast, respectful, high-signal candidate experience and collaborate with the People team on US hiring strategy and process improvements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS with strong GTM hiring focus (Sales, Marketing, CS, Channel)
  • Proven ability to source and engage top-tier GTM talent in competitive US markets
  • Strong hands-on sourcing skills (e.g., Boolean search, referral mining, talent communities, creative outbound beyond LinkedIn)
  • Hands-on experience using modern AI tooling (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, LinkedIn AI features) as part of daily workflow
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global, distributed teams
  • Comfort working asynchronously with a team based in Israel

Nice to have

  • Background in cybersecurity or AI-native companies
  • Experience in fast-growing startup environments
  • Hands-on experience with Comeet (ATS), HiBob (HRIS), and LinkedIn Recruiter
