What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Media Planning, Client Services, and Marketing roles.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and talent plans.
  • Provide market insights on talent availability and competitor landscapes within the media and ad tech sectors.
  • Manage and improve hiring processes to ensure an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Lead wider HR-related projects and stay updated on AI initiatives in the recruitment space.
  • Represent the employer brand in the media and ad tech talent market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting within media agencies, media owners, ad tech, or retail/digital media environments.
  • Strong understanding of sales, commercial, and marketing roles.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in complex, high-growth businesses.
  • Proactive approach to using AI tools within a recruitment environment.
  • Ability to operate at pace with strong judgment and confidence.
