What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Enablement functions (Finance, Ops, People, Legal, Data Ops).
- Partner with hiring managers to translate business goals into clear, effective hiring plans.
- Build and nurture high-quality talent pipelines, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals.
- Run structured, high-quality assessment processes and provide insight-driven recommendations.
- Improve hiring workflows by leveraging Ashby data and AI-enabled tools.
- Champion an inclusive and thoughtful candidate experience at every stage.
Requirements
- Experience hiring for business or corporate functions (e.g., Finance, Operations, Legal, Marketing).
- Ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Proven track record of proactively engaging hard-to-reach talent through creative approaches.
- Ability to use data, tools, and emerging AI technologies to inform decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience hiring internationally, specifically in Europe and the US.
- Experience recruiting across a wide range of seniority levels.
- Experience using Ashby.
