What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across EMEA, including Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, CSMs, and Marketing.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to define hiring strategies and ideal candidate profiles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and creative engagement strategies.
• Drive outbound sourcing and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from outreach to closing.
• Advise leadership on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
• Collaborate with People Operations to support international hiring and scale the commercial organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record in hiring GTM talent.
• Experience recruiting across EMEA markets and a deep understanding of regional hiring dynamics.
• Proven ability to source and close passive candidates in highly competitive markets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup.
• Experience recruiting for SaaS, developer tools, or AI companies strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
