What you will do

Own and lead the French market strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
Monitor and optimize key KPIs, including conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate cross-functional execution between Marketing, CRM, Product, and Operations teams.
Identify market trends and competitive insights to discover new growth opportunities.
Ensure localization and customer experience are fully aligned with local market expectations.
Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable business decisions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Business, Growth, Operations, or Market Management roles.
Strong B2C experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
Native or fluent French – Mandatory
Excellent English communication skills
Strong analytical mindset and project management capabilities.
Proven ownership mentality and an execution-oriented approach.
