What you will do

• Own the P&L for assigned markets, delivering against core OKRs such as GOV, revenue, and contribution margin.
• Balance supply and demand to maintain a high-quality customer experience and healthy unit economics.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Merchant, Operations, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Product teams.
• Build and scale the Marketplace Playbook to facilitate geographic expansion and improve merchant assortment.
• Lead performance reviews to identify growth opportunities and mitigate operational risks.
• Represent the company externally with partners, stakeholders, and the media.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Denmark
• Proven experience in P&L ownership and marketplace performance management.
• Strong ability to lead through influence without direct reports.
