Location: Limassol, Cyprus

About the Company

Our client with its HQ in Cyprus, was founded more than 10 years ago. Nowadays, it’s a major FunTech company that develops high-load entertainment streaming platforms powered by Machine Learning, AR/VR, and Computer Vision. It’s one of the world’s top-50 websites in the live entertainment industry at massive scale. Their products serve millions of users.

There are several hundred employees working at the company, mostly in the Cyprus office.

The company is seeking the "right-hand" of the CEO for administrative and operational task management. It’s a new role in the company.

Your future tasks

Operational Leadership & Strategic Support

  • CEO Partnership: Act as the strategic partner and "right hand" to the CEO, taking full ownership of day-to-day operational workflows to free up leadership capacity.
  • Strategic Execution: Translate high-level company goals into actionable roadmaps, ensuring a clear pipeline of actions and accountability across all departments.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key operational metrics and KPIs, providing regular data-driven insights to the executive team.

Financial Management & Resource Optimization

  • Unit Economics: Analyze and optimize unit economics and budget allocation to ensure sustainable growth and high ROI on internal initiatives.
  • Cost Control: Lead efforts to identify hidden costs, optimize vendor spending, and improve overall financial efficiency across the organization.

Infrastructure & Large-Scale Project Management

  • Special Projects: Spearhead complex, high-impact projects such as the development of the new company campus, overseeing everything from physical construction to IT infrastructure integration.
  • Vendor & Tender Management: Own the full lifecycle of vendor relations, including sourcing, conducting tenders, negotiating contracts, and managing ongoing performance.
  • Scaling Infrastructure: Build and maintain the necessary organizational infrastructure to support a rapidly growing global team.

Process Engineering & Automation

  • System Integration: Synchronize cross-functional efforts between Legal, Finance, HR, and R&D departments to eliminate silos and improve communication flow.
  • Workflow Automation: Identify bottlenecks in internal processes (e.g., access management, onboarding/offboarding) and implement automated solutions to enhance operational speed.
  • Internal Product Ownership: Oversee non-core business projects that impact employee experience and efficiency, such as internal e-commerce platforms (merch store) and corporate tools.

Organizational Design & Governance

  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure operational processes comply with global standards and internal policies, particularly in highly sensitive areas like salary transparency and data access.
  • Crisis Management: Act as a primary troubleshooter for operational "bugs" or systemic issues, providing swift and structured resolutions.
  • Change Management: Lead the organization through structural transitions, ensuring that new processes are adopted smoothly and effectively.

We expect from you

  • Background: 5+ years in high-level Project Management or Operations (ideally as a Head of PMO or Operations Director).
  • Analytical Rigor: Exceptional ability to work with financial data (P&L, unit economics) and a "hands-on" approach to problem-solving.
  • Structural Thinking: A highly organized individual who thrives in creating order out of chaos and building scalable systems.
  • Experience in improving and automating company processes, communication flows, and internal tools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership.
  • English language at B2+ level, Russian — native.
  • Readiness for relocation to Cyprus in 2 months.
