What you will do

  • Drive new business revenue within the territory to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Own pipeline creation and deal cycle management using MEDDIC-style sales methodologies.
  • Execute a land-and-expand motion for strategic Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and implement creative outreach strategies to engage key stakeholders and ideal prospects.
  • Build long-term client relationships to generate recurring revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partners, and Operations to ensure business alignment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, Media, Entertainment, or MICE.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with MEDDIC or SPIN selling methodologies.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • English: Fluency required.
  • Location: Must be based in Melbourne.
