Location: Malaga, Granada, Barcelona, Valencia, Madrid, International, or Ringsted; flexible working hours and working from home are available. Workation is possible from any hirify.global EU location for up to four weeks per year.

hirify.global provides Payroll and HR services, including SAP Managed Payroll Services, to European and international clients.

What you will do

• Orchestrate end-to-end payroll delivery for Danish customers and ensure accurate, timely processing against SLAs.
• Manage payroll cases, process deviations, escalations, and client communications.
• Own change requests from requirements and pricing through implementation, documentation, and training.
• Maintain process documentation, including SOPs, DWIs, and guidelines, while aligning global and local standards.
• Support system updates, testing, implementations, UAT, and parallel payroll runs.
• Coordinate with clients, country teams, tax authorities, benefits providers, and other external stakeholders, including for year-end processing and statutory reporting.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Danish payroll processing.
• Fluent Danish and English communication skills required.
• Experience with international clients and complex payroll operations.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and high-quality delivery under pressure.
• Knowledge of SAP Payroll or Employee Central Payroll is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, Workforce Management, and integration tooling.
• CPP, CPS, or CPM certification.
