HR Support Officer (SAP SuccessFactors)

Location: Noordwijk, The Netherlands or Paris, France. Full-time role with a 12-month duration; telework is possible within the relevant site area for a maximum of 30% of the time after sufficient experience is gained.

What you will do

• Prepare employment contracts and support the hiring and payroll insertion of new staff.
• Administer contracts and positions throughout the employment lifecycle, including extensions and reassignments.
• Verify employee entitlements and handle complex allowance cases that are not automated.
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs, calculate ad-hoc payments, and manage time and leave records.
• Perform systematic payroll checks to support external audit requirements.
• Maintain payroll verification processes and assist with coordination of the outsourced payroll service provider.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business or Public Administration, Information Technology, Applied Economics, or a related combination.
• Strong payroll background with in-depth experience in payroll operations, preferably in an international context.
• Very good knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central and Recruiting.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Formal SAP certification.
• Knowledge of another European language.
