TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lake Mary, Florida (Hybrid schedule available after initial onboarding).

Salary: $80–$90 per hour.

What you will do

• Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards to track KPIs across operations and finance.
• Build and optimize complex data models for performance and accuracy.
• Perform advanced DAX scripting and Power Query transformations to clean data from multiple sources.
• Manage ETL processes and data integration from relational databases and APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into visual reports.
• Ensure data governance, security, and documentation best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer, Data Analyst, or BI Specialist.
• Proven expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and complex data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Deep understanding of ETL processes and data integration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality, golf, or real estate industries.
• Familiarity with accounting systems like QuickBooks or NetSuite.
• Understanding of data governance and enterprise-level reporting.
