What you will do

• Design and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards to track KPIs for operations and financial performance.
• Build and optimize data models, ensuring performance and accuracy of measures and calculated columns.
• Perform advanced DAX scripting and Power Query (M) transformations for data cleaning from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable visual reports.
• Manage data integration and ETL processes using SQL and Power Query from relational databases and APIs.
• Oversee Power BI governance, including workspace organization, security, and user access.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or BI Specialist.
• Proven expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and complex data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Must be able to work onsite in Lake Mary, Florida to start.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality, golf, or real estate industries.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar CRM/accounting platforms.
