• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers in the virtual card payment program via email and outbound calls.
• Guide suppliers through the enrollment process to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Meticulously document payment instructions and delivery methods to ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Manage vendor data and track communications within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1).
• Professional-level experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in virtual cards, ePayables, or eProcurement.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to maintain high volumes of reviews and outbound calls in a deadline-driven environment.
