What you will do

• Execute structured customer touchpoints from Day 5 to Day 90 to confirm device functionality and ensure repayment success.
• Deliver scripted education sessions on repayment schedules and device usage to new customers.
• Audit and maintain KYC record integrity, flagging anomalies and missing documentation to Credit and Fraud teams.
• Monitor device repair and recovery pipelines, ensuring SLAs are met and tracking written-off devices.
• Coordinate between field staff, Contact Center, and regional managers to resolve quality-of-service gaps.
• Generate weekly reports on payment rates, KYC completion, and customer education cohorts.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Social Sciences.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or field operations (outstanding fresh graduates considered).
• Fluency in English and Luganda (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Must be based in Uganda for this field-linked office role.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems or customer tracking tools.
• Prior exposure to PayGo financing models or similar FinTech environments.
