What you will do

• Manage inbound calls to upgrade existing customers to better products and devices efficiently.
• Resolve phone payment issues and guide customers through the hirify.global App to empower self-service.
• Pitch current hirify.global products and cash loans to new and existing customers based on their needs.
• Ensure high answer rates and first-call resolution (FCR) while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Handle product-related issues via the Task Manager Queue and manage escalations to outbound teams.
• Coordinate the allocation of devices to customers within agreed turnaround times (TAT).

Requirements

• Must be based in Kampala, Uganda
• Proven experience in the BPO or call center industry.
• Track record in a sales role with the ability to sell effectively without being pushy.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong empathy, resilience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with CRM systems and platforms such as Freshdesk.

• Proficiency in Luganda.
