What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Agentic AI systems and LLM-powered workflows.
• Build and orchestrate data processing and decision-making pipelines using Python.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems via APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and observability of production AI systems.
• Develop and maintain MCP servers for secure internal data access.
• Optimize system performance regarding latency, cost, and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, or machine learning.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python in production-grade applications.
• Advanced SQL skills with expertise in relational databases and data modeling.
• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs with OAuth/JWT security.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS) and Infrastructure as Code.
• High level of English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI systems, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
• Practical experience with RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Knowledge of LLM lifecycle, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with compiled languages like Go, C++, or Rust.
• Domain knowledge in scientific data (Omics, Imaging, Clinical).
