What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI agents that perform real-world actions for enterprise clients.
• Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, and tool-call architectures.
• Collaborate in cross-functional builder pods to architect and debug scalable production systems.
• Partner with sales teams and customers to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Own the full technical lifecycle from initial design to production deployment.
• Iterate rapidly on AI solutions using leading-edge development tools.

Requirements

• Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and Real-Time Infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
• Must be able to travel 25-50% of the time.
