What you will do

• Develop and productionize GenAI solutions including RAG, multi-agent systems, and fine-tuning.
• Own the end-to-end rollout of consumer and internal GenAI applications.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers across diverse domains.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Present technical insights and thought leadership at industry conferences.
• Travel to customer sites approximately once every 4-8 weeks.

Requirements

• Must be located in or near London, Madrid, Paris, or Amsterdam.
• Extensive hands-on industry experience in data science and machine learning.
• Proven experience building production-grade GenAI applications using tools like LangChain, HuggingFace, or DSPy.
• Experience deploying machine learning solutions on major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication skills for teaching technical concepts to diverse audiences.
