What you will do

• Build and maintain production ML systems, focusing on training pipelines and performance optimizations.
• Own services end-to-end, from initial PoC to functional cloud deployment.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Scientists to translate business questions into shippable ML.
• Analyze platform data and metrics using Databricks and AWS to drive decision-making.
• Review code and ML-specific standards, including evaluation metrics and model documentation.
• Utilize modern AI-native tooling and agentic programming to accelerate development.

Requirements

• Excellent programming skills and proficiency in Python.
• Knowledge of traditional machine learning techniques such as SVM and gradient boosting.
• Understanding of LLM architecture, with experience in fine-tuning (e.g., LoRA, distillation) as a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL; experience with Databricks and AWS.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
• Proven professional experience as an AI/ML Engineer.
