What you will do

• Build production-ready coding agents and agentic workflows for hirify.global products.
• Improve model behavior using prompt design, context construction, and fine-tuning.
• Design and optimize the agent loop, including tool use and execution strategies.
• Create comprehensive evaluation suites and quality infrastructure for agent behavior.
• Implement feedback loops using real-world logs and user signals to improve data and agent behavior.
• Collaborate with product managers and ML researchers to ship features end-to-end.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience shipping complex production systems.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered products, coding agents, or AI systems.
• Proficiency in improving model behavior via prompting, context engineering, or post-training methods.
• Practical experience with LLM evaluation, benchmarking, and defining success metrics.
• Ability to work with noisy real-world data and navigate ambiguous technical directions.
• Relocation support is available for candidates moving to supported office locations.
