What you will do
- Establish and maintain long-term, value-based relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Drive $18-25 million in annual revenue and bookings while meeting profitability targets.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Develop and execute key account plans and go-to-market strategies for the PH&LS vertical.
- Collaborate with industry leadership and technical experts to define mutual value and innovation.
- Ensure a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular project reviews and delivery governance.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore and available for regular onsite client visits.
- Proven experience in executive revenue-generating roles within the PH&LS industry.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of managing sophisticated C-suite relationships.
- Deep understanding of agile software development delivery and technical project momentum.
- Ability to translate abstract strategic concepts into actionable business ideas.
- Experience with commercial models, margin management, and competitive pricing.
