What you will do

  • Establish and maintain long-term, value-based relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Drive $18-25 million in annual revenue and bookings while meeting profitability targets.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Develop and execute key account plans and go-to-market strategies for the PH&LS vertical.
  • Collaborate with industry leadership and technical experts to define mutual value and innovation.
  • Ensure a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular project reviews and delivery governance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore and available for regular onsite client visits.
  • Proven experience in executive revenue-generating roles within the PH&LS industry.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of managing sophisticated C-suite relationships.
  • Deep understanding of agile software development delivery and technical project momentum.
  • Ability to translate abstract strategic concepts into actionable business ideas.
  • Experience with commercial models, margin management, and competitive pricing.
