What you will do

  • Engage with C-level and Executive decision makers to identify new opportunities within large BFSI clients.
  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans to meet customer objectives and maximize wallet share.
  • Manage and forecast the sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and the voice of existing clients to influence product strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and seamless experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with industry influencers, customers, and partners to enhance market position.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in field sales, selling enterprise SaaS/cloud solutions to C-level executives.
  • 5+ years of experience selling specifically to BFSI organizations.
  • Must be based in Singapore.
  • In-depth technical understanding of automation and digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of consultative strategic sales and building long-term account strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engagement at all organizational levels.
