What you will do

  • Execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve regional KPIs and budget objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospital and EMS segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research and support evaluations of new capital equipment.
  • Deliver product training and educational programs to customers.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and documentation within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Medical, Scientific, Healthcare, or Business disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in medical devices or capital equipment sales.
  • Proven track record in business development and territory management.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare sales processes and customer engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a regional team.
