What you will do
- Execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve regional KPIs and budget objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospital and EMS segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and existing clients.
- Conduct market research and support evaluations of new capital equipment.
- Deliver product training and educational programs to customers.
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and documentation within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Medical, Scientific, Healthcare, or Business disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in medical devices or capital equipment sales.
- Proven track record in business development and territory management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare sales processes and customer engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a regional team.
