What you will do
- Strategize and execute business campaigns in assigned territories (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand) to achieve business objectives.
- Foster and grow customer relationships across all organizational levels to address business challenges and ensure roadmap alignment.
- Lead and coordinate field engineer resources to drive successful business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal functional teams including marketing, finance, and legal.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or a bachelor’s degree with technical sales experience.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or as an Applications/Design Engineer.
- Based in Singapore.
- Proven track record of success in achieving business targets.
Nice to have
- Understanding of the semiconductor industry and IC design.
- Working knowledge of Strategic Selling techniques.
