What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with key account managers, field teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage promotional documentation, including tracking implementation, estimating costs, and updating promo planners.
• Coordinate logistic and listing forms, price changes, and monthly discount processes.
• Support key account managers in preparing business reviews and summarizing meeting points.
• Provide ad hoc reports and analysis to support sales operations.
• Coordinate processes in collaboration with the field team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, ideally within the FMCG industry.
• University degree.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Fluent in Romanian and English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
