What you will do

  • Sell wellness products to companies in the Romanian SMB segment.
  • Develop and implement proactive strategies to identify new sales opportunities and grow the opportunity funnel.
  • Own the prospect portfolio and manage the sales pipeline with high initiative.
  • Prepare persuasive proposals and comprehensive case studies to influence prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve product and market knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume B2B sales, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Native Romanian speaker.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Completed university degree.
  • Strong ability to influence decision-makers and present tailored solution benefits.
  • High level of discipline and self-motivation in fast-paced environments.
