Account Manager

What you will do

• Facilitate the bid process by qualifying RFPs, writing proposals, and developing effective pricing.
• Maintain accurate project data and bid status within the company CRM.
• Partner with Account and Sales Directors to expand client relationships and identify incremental revenue opportunities.
• Support the Client Services team during project delivery with necessary information and partner sourcing.
• Assist in client presentations and other sales-related activities as required.
• Travel as needed to meet customers and build relationships with key contacts.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Timisoara, Romania.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in inbound sales or call center environments.
• Strong customer focus with previous experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage client expectations and work effectively within a sales-driven team.
