Business Development Manager DACH SaaS

Location: Munich, Germany; responsibility for the DACH region

What you will do

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for hirify.global Software Solutions across the DACH region.
• Identify, engage, and acquire new customers while building and managing a strong business pipeline.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and software demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, and Marketing on cross-selling, campaigns, and lead generation.
• Achieve sales targets, monitor market trends, and provide business insights.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, software, technology, SaaS, or intellectual property.
• Proven success in new business acquisition and consultative selling.
• Strong hunter mentality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Fluent German and English are required.
