What you will do

• Define and maintain a multi-quarter product roadmap aligned with global business goals.
• Prioritize and groom the product backlog, translating business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Oversee the integration of SFMC with internal and external systems, including Mulesoft middleware.
• Monitor key SFMC metrics to deliver data-driven recommendations for campaign performance.
• Ensure all automated journeys comply with global data privacy regulations like GDPR.
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical system outages and data discrepancies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in an Agile environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex solutions using SFMC Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Strong understanding of SQL and capabilities of AMPscript/SSJS for personalization.
• Experience overseeing API-led connectivity and data flows between SFMC and middleware like Mulesoft.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into product improvements.
• Deep experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
