What you will do

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into structured product requirements aligned with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate sprint planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with project timelines.
• Ensure solutions are designed for integration with broader system architectures.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Monitor productivity, manage budgets, and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Requirements

• Minimum BEng degree (BEng Hons preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development or software engineering management.
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Solid understanding of software systems, architectures, and DevSecOps practices.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST 800-171, NIST 800-218, or ISO 27001.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
