What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business priorities and dependencies on legacy applications.
• Own strategic stakeholder engagement and backlog prioritization for assigned product areas.
• Implement agile best practices to maintain and enhance legacy systems while identifying modernization opportunities.
• Translate business strategies into actionable user stories and epics for technical teams.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure technical integrity and alignment with IT roadmaps.
• Measure product performance and value delivery through KPIs and continuous improvement metrics.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar technology/operations role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for documentation and backlog management.
• Ability to manage multi-faceted stakeholders and translate strategic goals into requirements.
• Financial and business acumen to align product decisions with organizational goals.
