What you will do
- Assure annual sales and profitability results for all business lines, including Molecular and QFT.
- Drive the sales team in defining goals, activities, and expected outcomes.
- Plan and define commercial projects and special campaigns with strong execution control.
- Define commercial priorities based on the local healthcare system evolution.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and KOLs.
- Support the integration of the sales team with other functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- >10 years of experience in Sales in IVD or Medical Device industry.
- Proven sales capabilities in IVD or Medical Device industry.
- Ability to lead dialogue with KOLs and big customers.
- Good reputation and personal contacts with opinion leaders and end users.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English: B2 required
- Availability to travel on a regular basis.
