What you will do
- Lead regional sales through manufacturer representatives and channel partners.
- Develop and execute territory growth plans.
- Build and maintain strong partner and customer relationships.
- Drive partner engagement, training, and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with manufacturer representatives and/or distribution channels.
- Knowledge of value-based and solution-oriented selling methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical or engineering-related field.
- Motivational, empowering leadership style with strong team collaboration abilities.
