What you will do
- Acquire new customers and build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and business development.
- Lead negotiations with key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data within the CRM system.
- Represent the company at national and international trade fairs and congresses.
- Manage projects in close collaboration with application specialists.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the medical devices or medical consumables sector.
- Fluent German and good command of English.
- Strong medical understanding and knowledge of hospital workflows.
- Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time.
- Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
Nice to have
- Clinical or medical background.
- Experience with Salesforce.
