What you will do

  • Acquire new customers and build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and business development.
  • Lead negotiations with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data within the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at national and international trade fairs and congresses.
  • Manage projects in close collaboration with application specialists.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the medical devices or medical consumables sector.
  • Fluent German and good command of English.
  • Strong medical understanding and knowledge of hospital workflows.
  • Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time.
  • Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.

Nice to have

  • Clinical or medical background.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
