What you will do
- Execute outbound activities using AI and advanced tactics to generate opportunities in Federal agencies.
- Map complex agency hierarchies to identify Program Managers, IT Directors, and System Administrators.
- Qualify prospects based on technical and mission requirements and government IT mandates.
- Communicate ' Secure-by-Design approach to address legacy migration and cybersecurity pain points.
- Perform 5-minute online product demonstrations focusing on single-pane-of-glass monitoring.
- Maintain Salesforce records and coordinate with the Federal sales team to meet FYE deadlines.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in lead qualification or business development targeting the Federal Government (DoD or Civilian).
- Understanding of Federal procurement processes and contract vehicles (SEWP, GSA) and Federal Systems Integrators.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional professional communication skills for engaging high-ranking government and military officials.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, FIPS 140-2, and Section 508.
- Understanding of professional etiquette for secure agency environments.
- Resilience in navigating government phone trees and extended lead times.
