TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Sydney, Australia (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue and balance growth targets.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, pitching, and deal closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, intermediaries, and clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic positioning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk management, and internal governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored deposit and savings solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in management, sales, and lead generation within banking or financial services.
  • Must hold valid work rights for Australia.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of financial services regulations (APRA Prudential Standards, Basel frameworks).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in deposits or the Food & Agri industry.
  • Financial planning experience or PS146/RG105 compliance.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, or Marketing.
