TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Generating qualified sales leads and managing initial outreach for an enterprise security market with an accent on lead qualification and strategic prospecting. Focus on identifying high-value prospects, conducting discovery calls, and partnering with Account Executives to build a robust sales pipeline.

Location: Remote (USA). Must be authorized to work in the United States. Preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones. Expected travel to the Herndon, VA office 4 times a year for one week each.

Salary: $59,500 - $66,500 USD base (OTE $95,000 USD)

What you will do

  • Generate qualified sales leads via phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify prospects and articulate hirify.global's value proposition.
  • Research target accounts and prospects using tools like Zoominfo, LinkedIn, and AI (Gemini/Claude).
  • Maintain precise account and contact profiles within Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Partner strategically with Enterprise Account Executives to target the right titles and accounts.
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; no immigration visa sponsorship provided.
  • Hands-on experience with cold calling and various sales techniques.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling security or cloud-related products and services.
  • Proficiency with prospecting tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
