Enterprise Account Executive (SLED): Driving growth and expanding hirify.global's presence in State, Local, and Education markets across the Mid-Atlantic region with an accent on enterprise logo acquisition and complex public-sector procurement. Focus on navigating SLED procurement cycles, building trust with senior stakeholders, and executing strategic GTM plans for high-value contracts.

Location: Remote within Massachusetts, Maryland, or New Jersey. Not eligible for candidates within Chicago city limits.

Salary: Base $150,000 – $175,000, OTE $300,000 – $350,000

What you will do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle for SLED, from pipeline generation to closing.
  • Execute GTM strategies for Mid-Atlantic state agencies, municipalities, and higher education systems.
  • Navigate public-sector sales motions using cooperative purchasing agreements, RFPs, and state contracting vehicles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior technical and executive decision-makers.
  • Partner with SDR, marketing, and channel teams to launch targeted account-based campaigns.
  • Manage pipeline health and forecasting accurately within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience specifically in the SLED market.
  • Proven record of landing and expanding high-value, multi-year public-sector accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of SLED procurement ecosystems and RFP cycles.
  • Established network within Mid-Atlantic government and education institutions.
  • Must be based in the US; position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
