Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 OTE

What you will do
- Drive revenue growth across existing enterprise accounts via expansion, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Onboard new enterprise customers, ensuring stakeholder alignment and operational readiness.
- Analyze usage patterns and account health to identify opportunities for increased spend and geographic coverage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Finance to resolve customer issues and optimize root causes.
- Conduct strategic business reviews (QBRs) focused on performance metrics and executive alignment.
- Manage renewal visibility, expansion pipelines, and revenue forecasts within the CRM.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or client-facing commercial roles.
- Proven track record of working with large-scale enterprise customers (1,000+ employees).
- Deep understanding of IT hardware, SaaS, procurement, or device lifecycle management.
- Ability to navigate and influence IT, procurement, operations, and finance stakeholders.
- Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
