What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to support sales teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex, cross-functional requests.
- Execute critical sales processes using CRM and internal systems.
- Coordinate approvals with Legal, Finance, Customer Support, and Operations.
- Support customer onboarding and renewal processes.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or sales operations/administration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and support systems.
- Understanding of sales processes and the customer lifecycle.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
