What you will do

• Build and maintain partner-facing content including slides, case studies, one-pagers, and battle cards.
• Develop AI skills and templates using Claude to scale asset creation and partner support.
• Manage partner communications such as newsletters and product updates to drive engagement and referrals.
• Translate the product roadmap and launches into partner-ready education materials.
• Produce data-driven mutual customer case studies demonstrating the value of Loop and its partners.
• Support the planning and execution of partner-focused events, including the annual Partner Summit.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Experience with partner marketing, enablement, SaaS, or the Shopify ecosystem.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders.
• Curiosity and experimentation with AI tools for workflow automation and content acceleration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience building Claude skills.
• Experience working within an agency serving ecommerce clients.
