What you will do
- Hire, lead, and coach a high-performing team of Strategic Key Account Managers and Enterprise Customer Success Managers.
- Drive predictable revenue performance across renewals and expansion through strong account strategy and operational rigor.
- Own forecasting and risk management, ensuring high accuracy and clear mitigation plans.
- Elevate customer conversations from product usage to business impact at the executive level.
- Coach team members in complex deal strategy and value-based selling using structured methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and senior leadership to maximize commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience leading enterprise sales or strategic account management teams in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of delivering predictable revenue across renewals and expansion.
- Deep experience working with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
- Strong coaching capability and high business acumen for executive-level engagements.
- Experience with structured sales methodologies and data-driven performance management.
- Professional-level English proficiency.
