What you will do

  • Hire, lead, and coach a high-performing team of Strategic Key Account Managers and Enterprise Customer Success Managers.
  • Drive predictable revenue performance across renewals and expansion through strong account strategy and operational rigor.
  • Own forecasting and risk management, ensuring high accuracy and clear mitigation plans.
  • Elevate customer conversations from product usage to business impact at the executive level.
  • Coach team members in complex deal strategy and value-based selling using structured methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and senior leadership to maximize commercial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience leading enterprise sales or strategic account management teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering predictable revenue across renewals and expansion.
  • Deep experience working with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • Strong coaching capability and high business acumen for executive-level engagements.
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies and data-driven performance management.
  • Professional-level English proficiency.
