What you will do

• Lead quality control and assurance projects using advanced analytical methods to assess product and process quality.
• Drive technical and organizational risk management activities, identifying risks and implementing preventive actions.
• Manage training strategies, develop comprehensive materials, and coach junior staff in quality methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-sector root cause analysis and problem-solving projects to resolve significant quality challenges.
• Manage customer interactions and audits to resolve complex quality-related issues and enhance satisfaction.
• Develop and execute annual business plans and quality roadmaps aligned with functional strategy.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Substantial experience in Supplier/Manufacturing Quality, Lean, or Six Sigma problem solving.
• Proven track record in applying systemic root cause analysis to develop sustainable solutions.
• Experience working within a global technology environment (e.g., semiconductors, electronics, automotive).
• Ability to functionally influence, inspire, and engage professional expertise teams.
