What you will do

• Develop and improve Global Direct Sourcing quality control and management processes.
• Implement and supervise mid-production QA and pre-shipment QC inspections, including dimensional, visual, coating, NDT, and mechanical performance tests.
• Manage quality complaint investigations to continuously decrease the customer complaint ratio.
• Collaborate with suppliers to review and improve production processes for quality enhancement and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with third-party testing and inspection service providers.
• Supervise container loading inspections to ensure safe loading and unloading according to procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior-level Quality Engineer role.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or IATF 16949.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Ability to travel to engineering companies and production factories across China and other parts of Asia.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
