What you will do

• Set up and complete buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly processes to ensure yield, cycle time, and quality meet defined targets.
• Support product ID label buyoff to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards.
• Monitor production yield, detect excursions, perform process mapping, implement immediate containment, and run hypothesis-driven experiments to identify root causes.
• Propose corrective actions, report findings, and escalate issues according to PMP requirements.
• Run basic data queries and analysis to provide insights for engineering teams.
• Maintain process sustainability by monitoring KPIVs/KPOVs and managing Fast Triggering systems; lead or participate in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Engineering diploma (or related discipline).
• Strong data querying and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with process setup, buyoff, process mapping, and process control.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a professional, positive attitude.
• Proficient English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prefer manufacturing process experience and failure analysis experience.
