What you will do

• Lead failure analysis for electronics component defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage and improve supplier quality performance, specifically during new product development.
• Conduct on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions.
• Perform process and system audits for component suppliers to prevent potential risks.
• Promote continuous improvement techniques such as Lean, Six-Sigma, and FMEA.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of engineering or quality experience in the PCB or PCBA industry.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies including PFMEA, SPC, and GR&R.
• Strong analytical skills using PDCA and DMAIC methodologies.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business and job assignments.
