TL;DR

Professional, Inside Sales (IT Sales): Managing end-to-end sales processes and account management for the AU and Singapore markets with an accent on reseller engagement and quoting. Focus on prospecting new customers, qualifying leads, and executing sales operations through SAP/ERP systems.

Location: Taguig City, Philippines. Must be based in the Philippines and available to work onsite for 10 days per month (2 consecutive weeks). Work schedule must align with AU time zone (dayshift).

What you will do

• Manage IT sales operations for the AU market, including account management and reseller engagement.
• Execute the end-to-end sales process, including quoting, order processing, and post-sales follow-ups.
• Sell or renew products and services via phone and email while promoting vendor campaigns.
• Prospect new customers, qualify leads, and provide shipment/ETA updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners to ensure seamless sales execution.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative in the IT Sales sector.
• Proven experience in Account Management, specifically in prospecting, profiling, and upselling.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably within the BPO or Tech industry.
• Bachelor's degree (undergraduates are welcome if they have 5+ years of relevant experience).
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
